EHR Readiness Assessment
Determine current attitudes toward EHR technology adoption. Identify key change management (e.g., clinical workflow, IT) and implementation challenges. Identify physicians and practices that would serve as effective champions and pilot sites. Assess revenue cycle risk.
Vendor Selection, Including Core Vendor Strategy
Define vendor alignment with organizational requirements and current applications. Assist with vendor contracting. Complete risk assessment, integration analysis and return on investment analysis.
Implementation Planning
Develop the implementation project plan and determine resources. Assess workflow analysis and recommend appropriate redesign including points of integration and data conversion strategy.
Implementation & Optimization Services
Plan the system implementation and manage the project to post-live revenue cycle stabilization. Develop a strategy to maintain productivity during implementation. Mentor clinical leadership, train staff, conduct integration testing and support the go-live efforts to maximize physician productivity.
Training & Go-live Support
Conduct physician/clinical staff education and technology support onsite or via remote technology to develop staff and support the client’s go-live team.
Upgrade Management
Serve in key roles on a client’s upgrade team, including project management, workflow gap analysis, application design/build, integration testing, end-user training, go-live support.
