- Provided EHR implementation planning and project management to a large integrated delivery network consisting of 800 providers operating from over 100 clinic locations in three states
- Performed a comprehensive EHR readiness assessment and core EHR/PM vendor selection for an academic group practice
- Performed an EHR and PM vendor selection for two multispecialty group practices that were merged as part of a community hospital's strategy to better integrate with community-based physicians. Prior to the merger, both practices utilized different EHR and PM vendors, and the selection process included an analysis of clinical care requirements and integration with hospital applications.
- Provided an EpicCare Ambulatory-certified physician to lead a thorough vetting of the EpicCare Ambulatory Model System.
- Provided an EpicCare Ambulatory-certified RN to mentor a client's EpicCare team. Provided extensive SmartTool build and workflow design, while mentoring client staff on best practice and application optimization.
- Led Allscripts Enterprise EHR (v11) upgrade in an academic environment. Performed a gap analysis of current workflows and v11-certified workflows to implement true best practice workflows. Led v11 design/build.
- Served as Project Manager for a 200-physician group practice implementing Enterprise PM. Implemented redesigned and standardized workflows throughout the organization, and centralized key functions.
