- Provided an EpicCare Ambulatory-certified physician to lead a thorough vetting of the EpicCare Ambulatory Model System.
- Provided an EpicCare Ambulatory-certified RN to mentor a client's EpicCare team. Provided extensive SmartTool build and workflow design, while mentoring client staff on best practice and application optimization.
- Managed Big Bang implementation of Epic's full ambulatory suite, providing program management, application SMEs, systems integration and data conversion, training, and go-live support to over 400 users.
- Provided Epic-certified application SMEs to support a two-version upgrade of several inpatient clinical modules, including EpicRx, ClinDoc, and Inpatient Orders.
- Provided an Integrated Testing Coordinator to assist an academic medical center with a two-version upgrade of its Epic applications. Reviewed, updated, and developed test scripts, coordinated testing, developed documentation procedures, and managed entire process through issue resolution and upgrade go-live.
- Performed custom Clarity report writing of clinical and financial information to prepare an Enterprise client for go-live.
- Provided a Bridges-certified consultant and an InterSystems Ensemble®-experienced consultant to assist an academic medical center with its implementation of Epic applications throughout the multi-hospital and multi-clinic health system.
- Provided Revenue Cycle Consultants to four academic medical centers to stabilize revenue cycle performance after conversion to Epic's Patient Access and Revenue Cycle applications. Engagements included workflow optimization, enhanced reporting, work-queue redesign, coding and compliance assessments, improved charge reconciliation controls, and payment posting redesign.
- Provided a Chronicles-certified programmer to write Cache and Visual Basic code to develop Best Practice Alerts for EpicRx and Inpatient Orders.
