CareGuide Optimization

Conducted comprehensive gap analysis assessment to identify opportunities and present recommendations to increase physician productivity through optimizing the use of CareGuides.

Developed Program for Extending Enterprise EHR & PM to Affiliated Community Practices

  • Developed application and service offering to support 50+ affiliated community practices
  • Designed Central Billing Office to provide billing and A/R management services
  • Developed implementation teams to deploy Allscripts Enterprise EHR and PM in expedited timeline

Community Connect Program Development

Developed Community Connect program for integrated delivery network. Deliverable included Community Connect service offering, governance design, pricing & subsidy strategy, implementation plan including timeline, resource plan and training program, on-going maintenance and support structure, and revenue cycle advisory services.

Return on Investment Analysis

Developed ROI analysis after completion of enterprise-wide Epic implementation to quantify hard financial returns as well as soft returns comprised of quality and patient satisfaction measures.

Clinical Documentation Improvement

Led comprehensive review of clinical documentation workflows, and the degree to which Epic functionality was leveraged to support clinical workflow, charge capture, quality metrics and revenue cycle requirements. Optimized clinical documentation workflows by specialty to improve physician productivity and clinical quality, as well as to enhance overall revenue integrity.

Staff Augmentation

  • Provided project manager and team of 15 Epic-certified consultants to complete implementation of Cadence, Prelude, Resolute PB and EpicCare to 300-physician multi-specialty group in an 11 month timeframe.
  • Provided Epic-certified clinical consultants to develop specialty-specific content including orthopedics, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, mental health, cardiology, neurology, neonatology & telemedicine.
