Assessed patient access workflows, key performance measures along with physician compensation models. Developed future state access model based on centralized registration & scheduling. Initially deployed throughout 2 large departments then throughout the entire health system. Key ROI metrics include 14% growth in ambulatory revenues, 25% increase in available ambulatory appointment slots, 20% increase in patient referrals and 20% increase in new patients.
